We are now moving forward towards Phase Two of our restoration of Penllergare – the Victorian walled gardens and Orchid House, and a new visitor and exhibition centre.

Executive Plan 2015

The executive plan for 2015 is currently being drafted with a focus on driving Friends membership and supporter fundraising for our cause. We have reviewed all options and we’re confident that together, with your support, we can ensure a sustainable future for Valley Woods. Every year, the executive group – made up of volunteers and staff, reviews progress from the previous year and sets objectives and actions for the year ahead in line with the overall strategic plan. Conservation Management Plan 2008

This plan formed the basis of the bid for funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund in 2008  for Phase 1 of the project to restore elements of John Dillwyn Llewelyn’s romantic picturesque landscape and to provide facilities and activities for people to enjoy. Click here to read the full document.
