Join us for a guided Rose Garden Tour on Sunday 14th June. As the rose is the flower of June, this is the perfect opportunity to explore the developing Rose Garden within our Walled Garden restoration project. The garden is still very much a work in progress, with plans for around 600 roses as part of an ambitious project to create one of the largest rose gardens in Wales. 

During the tour, you will learn about the roses varieties being planted, their history and cultivation, and hear about the vision for the garden’s future. 

Tours take place at 11.30am and 1pm. Tickets are £3 per person, with all proceeds going to the Penllergare Trust. For each tour, we will meet at the scheduled time in the main car park (SA4 9GS) at Penllergare Valley Woods. 

Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear are recommended, and dogs will not be able to attend the tour.
