Take a walk through the secret and magical woodland nestled away on the northern fringe of Swansea. Discover the many exciting walks that will take you the historic and picturesque Penllergare Valley Woods. Take a short and steady walk with our Gardener’s Stroll route that takes you to the Viewpoint where you will have a wonderful view across the valley or, if you fancy something a bit more energetic, take our JDL Walk route which will show you two thirds of the Penllergare, from the 19th century Carriage Drive to the the Lower Lake, Waterfall and more. There’s no other walk like it in Swansea!
