Discover how you can get involved in Citizen Science and protect local nature! Join us for an inspiring mid-week stroll through the beautiful Penllergare Valley Woods and discover the incredible species sharing our spaces. Led by our expert Conservation Officer, Chris, this walk is the perfect chance to spot beautiful birds, dancing butterflies, darting dragonflies, and stunning summer wildflowers.

During the walk, you’ll learn how to become a vital part of local conservation using the LERC app. We’ll show you how quick and easy it is to record your wildlife sightings, meaning your steps on the trail directly help us protect nature for the future.

• Where to meet: The Visitor Centre, Penllergare Valley Woods

• The Route: We will be keeping a leisurely pace along the main paths, though please note there are a few inclines.
