Wednesday Wildlife Walks

Discover how you can get involved in Citizen Science, help protect local nature and discover the incredible wildlife of Penllergare Valley Woods.

Join our Conservation Officer, Chris, for a relaxed mid-week stroll through the Woods and see what you can spot along the way. Look out for woodland birds, butterflies, fungi and autumn colour, while learning more about the species that call Penllergare home.

You’ll also learn how to record your wildlife sightings using the LERC app. It’s quick and easy to use, and your sightings help build a valuable picture of local wildlife and support our conservation work.

• Dates: Wednesday 16 September & Wednesday 30 September
• Where to meet: Visitor Centre, Penllergare Valley Woods
• The route: A leisurely walk along the main paths. Please note there are a few inclines.
