Welcome to Y Siop at Penllergare Valley Woods

Y Siop is our gorgeous boutique that celebrates local talent, heritage, and craft. In October 2025, after our coffee shop moved into its spacious new home, we transformed its original building into this heavenly haven of handcrafted handiwork!

Open from Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to 3pm, Y Siop is run by local artisans who sell their lovingly handmade goodies. Every item you purchase directly helps fund the ongoing restoration, preservation, and maintenance of our historic woodland; as well as supporting local makers.

Bob’s Bowls
One-of-a-kind wooden bowls mostly made from wood that Bob finds in Penllergare Valley Woods. Bob also recycles his carrier bags to wrap them up in! Learn more here.

Mike John Woodcraft
Mike creates a wonderful array of lovingly crafted wooden items including clocks, pens and ornaments.
