What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and warm layers to ensure you remain warm and comfortable while lying on the ground outdoors.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time to settle in. Late entry is not permitted to preserve the calm environment for participants.

Sound baths are generally safe, but please consult a healthcare professional before attending if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy or seizures, have a pacemaker, or suffer from severe sound sensitivity.
